Un’opportunità di contatto diretto con chi produce cibo seguendo un modello di agricoltura sostenibile a tutela dell’ambiente e della salute dei consumatori. I percorsi della Via del Bio conducono alle aziende agricole, ai mercatini bio e km0, alle aziende che offrono ospitalità, attività didattiche e sociali, escursioni e attività ricreative che conservano l’ambiente e curano il benessere della gente.
THE ORGANIC PATH
Educational and gastronomic paths to discover organic prestigious produce. The Organic path is meant for tourists and consumers to make them discover those places where they can meet organic producers on Mount Etna and taste their produce and products that support biodiversity. It is a unique chance of direct contact with those who produce following sustainable agricultural methods to protect the environment and the consumers’ health. The paths proposed lead to some organic farms, organic markets and to some farms that provide accommodation, organize social and educational activities together with excursions and aim to protect the environment and the people’s wellness.
